What is Camp Abundance?
Camp Abundance is a one-day conference for students and early-career professionals interested in building the Abundance movement. We're bringing together 100 young people from across the country for conversations about how we can fix our broken systems, challenge entrenched interests, and meet the moment for our nation’s biggest challenges.
We have several speakers confirmed, including Derek Thompson, Steve Teles, Giselle Hale, and other doers and thinkers in the Abundance movement. We’ll also have small-group discussions, lightning talks, and plenty of time to meet. More details to be announced soon.
Who should attend?
Camp Abundance is for students and early-career professionals who want to play a role in getting our people and country unstuck. We value openness, warmth, and contribution, You do not need a particular background or career path to attend.
When and where is it?
There is no registration fee. Meals during the conference will be provided.
Is there a cost to attend?
Camp Abundance will take place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, in Washington, DC. We will also host an opening reception on the evening of Friday, July 31.
Will travel assistance be available?
We will provide travel and hotel rooms for attendees traveling from outside the Washington D.C. area. More information will be shared with accepted attendees.
How do I apply?
Simply fill out the application form below. Because space is limited, attendance is application-based. We will review applications and notify attendees whether they have been accepted after the deadline to apply on June 22.
I'm not a student. Can I still attend?
Yes. While many attendees will be students, Camp Abundance is also open to young professionals and others who are interested in getting more involved with our community.
